Army-Navy Football Game?

I picked up these 4 photos from the son of the man who took them. He didn't know for sure where they were taken, but he thought it was an Army-Navy game. I noticed the Texas flag is flying at the stadium, but can't place what stadium this would be. They were developed in January of 1940 according to the back.
