It looks ceramic ..,. It’s looks paper Mache .. it has some weight ..... it’s colorful ... it’s a cat ..help me ... who is the manufacture ... the year thanks a bunch

LOL I have 6 or 7 of them .. ones a dog, popular mold use in Ceramic classes ,would be my guess .. I have small ones and the larger ones , just ceramic covered with paper then clear coated and fired....mine are in a tub headed for the garage ...the wife is tired of dusting them ...lol,.. yours is cute, migth try looking up ceramic cat molds ...

Looks like a ceramic piece, then covered with paper ( or cloth material ) in a mache glue format. The paper or cloth material covering the cat - looks to be a Chintz pattern
I think this is from Global Studios Cornwall. I have a couple of bears on here, and thought that was where they were from, then I saw one similar in a charity shop, with the original box, which confirmed it was Global Studios.
