    There are no tags or any identifying marks to let me know who made this doll. Can anyone help? The torso is a harder stuffing. The head, lower arms, and lower legs are porcelain.

      I would start looking at Heritage Doll Collection.

      Hundreds of companies produced these dolls in masses . Dating from 1980-90's
      Look at back of her neck for marking or tags on clothes . Without any marking it would be very difficult to say who made her . Some were made in doll making class's also .
