Chinese Jardinere or Bonsai Pot

I found this fairly large planter the other day. I think it's Yixing, but not sure. Appears to be a poem or something like that on one side and a magpie and prunus on the other. there was a lot of crud on it, so it's not very new, but who knows how old? It might be for a bonsai.
