Another Victorian Lady - Signed MILLIE

Here is another one! May have come from the same collection. Once I had her home I realized she had been, at some point in time, decapitated. I knew that necklace didn't look right! Anyway, I would still be curious to know where she is from. Exquisite workmanship, signed MILLIE. I know I have seen that mark before too, but I cannot remember where. Thanks for looking.
