hi,
i have ww2 japan 'instrument of surrender' film negatives i suspect were taken by the Navy at the time.
i have an aluminum 35mm film cannister with an eight frame roll of film negatives of the surrender documentation. it seems to be in good shape and looks very official. i suspect it was produced with a professional copy camera.
i wonder if it is of any historical importance or monetary value to a collector [any leads?].
thank you for your consideration.
the Navel Museum in D.C. has expressed an interest in it as a donation. i guess i'll do that.
