    Respectful old Teapot with great shape. Not sure if this is transferware as most have cleaner lines and this has more of a watercolor look to the brown pattern. Maker mark on bottom hard to make out! It’s a fun unique piece!

      Well, it began as transferware, with metallic salts added to bleed the ink. Just to clarify....
      1840s-1850s?
