According to the elegant use of simple sculptural forms, bulbous shoulder, ovoid form, skyscraper steps to base rim, and matte turquoise moonstone glaze I would consider this a Keith Murray inspired design. Unfortunately, there's no signature or mark. Google PictureSearch didn't give a particular match, besides some Keith Murray Wedgwood vases. Love to hear your opinion.
