    I have a Mills 45 built in 1941. He restored by my Dad who was a 45 yr serviceman for local Coke Bottling Company in MO.

      What was the price for a CocaCola back then?
      As a child, I thought the drink was pronounced "Co'Cola".
      Do you know when the term "Coke" came into use? I don't recall that name being used back in my childhood (1950s/1960s).
