A Christmas gift from my childhood. Merry Christmas.

I do not remember getting this, nor do I remember what it was. I was born in 1951, and am the youngest of three boys. My oldest brother said he remembered it, but did not say what it was or what year it was. My older brother is dead, so I cannot ask him. I was going through some old letters recently and found it. My Mother wrote my name on it. It apparently was from a stocking of some kind, either toys or candy. Would like to know more about it.
