Extremely crudely applied lip on this open pontiled wine bottle. Notice, that the top has been sheared and a thin ribbon of glass sloppily wrapped around the area....but completely failing to cover the sharp, rough edges of the bottle mouth. It’s as if it was the last one of the day and the blower said...”Whatever...”
