What does it say on the front of the firebox door ? That would be the place to start .
I have a wood cook stove that looks a lot like this one , but mine has the name on the oven door . It is a Home Comfort and has the date stamped into the side of the firebox on the outside of the stove . Mine is a 102 years old and I still use it in the winter . Yours appears to have a little better cook top than mine and I think yours is newer than mine as it has the temperature gauge on the front of the oven door . Mine was made before they started putting the gauges on them . A few years ago I showed a picture of mine to an antique dealer and they told me that my stove was worth around $ 2,000,00 .
The front says "sanico" in the larger letter and "coral" underneath that in smaller letters. I will have to look closer on the side for the date. I could only see the tag on the back with the serial and style no's stamped into it. Thank you for your reply.
