Hi, guys! I could really use your help on this one. I can't identify these marks. This ring was wrapped up in tissue paper in my great aunt's jewelry box. So it's age could be from anytime in the last century. Appreciative of any information you can offer me!

Thank you, lugnuts. I had seen that article as well, but it didn't really give me the information I am needing. Thanks for the love Aura and fortapache. I appreciate you. If anyone else recognizes this mark, please fill me in!

I found out that this is an Ostby Barton 14k gold filled ring- and what I had thought was a fancy inlay is nothing more than where the gold has rubbed off showing the brass underlay. Oops. Solved.
