Clay molded over glass bottle, with stones and face

I found and bought this online. Seller said she got it from an older man and that’s all she knows. I’ve not seen anything like it except one other on here (I did a reverse image search), that no one has solved. Appears to be clay (maybe, I’m not sure), molded over a glass bottle. It has stones/crystals made into it, and a face. The stopper seems to be clay over a cork and loosely fits. It smells perfume/sweet on the outside, the inside has no smell. Is this a soul bottle? I think it’s a witches bottle (google it). Does anyone know for sure what this is?
