Is there anybody who can give me some information on this small pocket knife with Lead Pencil. and in a box.

This is an interesting variation on a fairly common, usually all-metal, folding knife which normally carries a friction-fit (i.e. the pencil is retained by friction without the "locking tabs") mechanical pencil or ball-point pen. Are there any markings on the blade near the hinge?
