Ceramic Teapot

Ceramic teapot with floral design. Teapot stands 9 inches high. It’s light blue glaze works well with flower pattern. It’s marked at base but signature is hard to read. I think the first three letters are MAN and I’m not sure if theirs a four letter or just a mark in the clay. Any help to identify this cute teapot would be great. Thanks for looking.
