(another) "dartboard table"

I just noticed GeodeJem's post of a similarly 'repurposed' dartboard earlier today with kind of a double-take -- "WOW" (I says to myself) "I guess I'm not the only one that's ever had that idea?!! :-) :-) :-)

In my case, the dartboard is a BUD LIGHT branded version made by DART WORLD in England, which I got from a buddy (~20yrs ago) who was then an active dart player at a local bar -- he got it from the same bar when it got replaced with a new one due to being rather "worn out" around its center, such that it would drop people's otherwise accurately thrown darts. (and people didn't *like* that?!! <lol>)

For a pedestal I used a hollow black plastic spool which was handy at the time, something saved from the trash at work which originally held a few hundred feet of rubber hose. The round glass top (probably also tempered, but I don't think its marked as such) was once the front of an industrial light fixture (I think) which was also handy, plus being the perfect size. :-)
