TRICO WINTER WIPER BLADES PLASTIC ADVERTISING SIGN 1970'S

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! Seeing as winter is here I thought I would share this TRICO snowman ( or do I have to say snowperson ) sign that a family Friend and neighbor gave me. TRICO is another manufacturing plant that closed and moved to Texas and Mexico. TRICO windshield wipers were manufactured in Buffalo NY from it's first beginings about 1920 untill they left buffalo by 1998. It was a shock to the area when they sent the manufacturing to Mexico. The last photo shows the empty factory so prevalent today in America, the last I new the historic TRICO building was still standing but it was scheduled to be demolished by its current owners. There is a fight to keep it and re-purpose it. Have a safe and fun year collecting!!
