I came across this metal tube that houses mascara as well as the application brush.

The tube rotates to reveal the mascara cake as well as reveals the storage area for the application brush. The brush has a long lucite handle with black bristles.

I have tried searching high and low for information on it and can’t find anything. Truly unique and a great packaging marvel.
