Antique Cup and Saucer - marked T. Goode & Co

I picked up this gorgeous hand painted cup and saucer today on the market. It is marked T Goode and Co, South Audley Street, London. They are a high end retailer who have been selling fine china, glassware and silverware etc since 1827. They sell china from many well known china companies, and I do wonder if this is a Spode cup and saucer. There is a pattern number 9691 on both the cup and saucer. I love the green colour, it's so pretty. Not sure on date. I think it's late Victorian, but there is no England on the backstamp, so it could be a bit earlier.
