"Prissy" posed doll I found at a yardsale...

I have had this doll for about 3 years (finally going through my closet), i think she is made of Bisque but has a clothe body, bisque hands and feet. There are no markings on her that i could find so I have no idea where to start looking. Any information would be greately appreciated...
