antique ceramic drummer boy electric lamp

antique drummer boy lamp very old plug has wires and screws exposed and a material wrapped two strand wire purchased at a sale it has two red markings on the base of the boy and i set onto a wooden base i couldnt remove the base completly sohave tryed to draw them the best i could any help in identifying the maker or any other infoformation would be gladly appreciated.i think it could be satsuma as it has the ivory look and the heavy gold paint also but this is just a guess any help would be greatfully recieved many thanks ROB
