Loetz Candia//Silberiris Tubular Vase, Circa 1900

Hello Everyone.
Here is my first piece of glass in 2019, i know it's made by LOETZ, but that's it.
Candia(the tube) and Silberiris the trailing&base, the base part, remind me the base of my 2 Sea Shell, so this could be another Sea Shell ??
