Marx Trains Blue Postwar Freight Cars. Marx made blue freight cars in basically 4 blues. Dark blue, Medium blue. Turquoise and Light blue. There is a batch of medium blue that does fade to a turquoise. To identify this color you have to check the inside of the car or bottom side, to confirm or deny fading. The cars shown basically true colors. The tanker from my friend Robert shows that there was 2 batches of turquoise, one that fades and one that don't.
