I combined my old marble collection as advised by my new friends on Collectors Weekly. I put them in some of my really old canning jars and one of the jars is so crude that it won't even sit straight.
The red and yellow marbles are likely called "Christensen Agate Red Devil Marbles".
I believe that the blue and yellow marbles are "Cub Scout".
I don't believe that any of these marbles are as old as the jars that they are stored in now but they do look nice together.
I don't know much of anything about marbles (lots of others around here do, though?) but I LOVE how all those look in the old glass jars!! :-) :-) :-)
Looks great. I have some old jars too so maybe I will borrow that idea.
Thanks and yes I thought it looked like something off the shelf at an old candy store.
I agree that the jars didn't look so good alone and the marbles didn't either but they are a good match.

Iggy I appreciate your comment. I hope to collect some older marbles and plan to rotate out the newer marbles that are in that center jar at the bottom.
