Sussex Armoury JACKAL knife. I have had this knife for around 12 years, I am not into anything like this but when I came upon this knife , I just thought, I will keep this and one day I might research it. I started a few weeks ago. They specialized in Rifles, their story was really interesting but sad too, as their Business hit hard times! I didn't find anything from their story about the knives, so I searched and found someone who specialises in Sussex Armoury, He confirmed it was (from what he could see) , from them.
A bit more knowledge would be appreciated.
At the moment the story of finding it, is as mysterious as finding out more of it's story!

The company sold replicas of guns, knives, swords etc. You can find plenty of their replicas for sale online and none are worth a great deal. From what I have seen there isn't a big market for their products.

According to one specialist website Sussex Armoury was in business between the "late 1970s and the early 1990s." It cost about 4.99 British Pounds , or about $6.50. At that time the Buck knife it is copied from cost about five times as much.

It's more the history I was after, I am so pleased to have your informative reply. I think the way I came across this knife. wrapped and (maybe) hidden! I moved to quite rural North Of Scotland. I read somewhere that an employee or someone involved in the business, at had one point had a place including other Cities in Birmingham. which was the place I moved from, that's why I thought it would be interesting to find out a bit more of it's history, so thanks for your help, amel.
