Your photos are upside down with a lot of reflections and glare. The main thing is though, the marking on the bottom is very blurred or out of focus. This might help you to re-orient your photos.

Is the colour a pale blue?

Welcome to CW, sorry about all the questions. I expect someone will come along that will help more, but it's very important to have a clear photo of the bottom.

I have the same, or very similar, vase but mine is marked on the bottom "Taito Japan" with 4 "T's" rotated in a box. If you google "taito vase japan polka dot" and look at images you will find a similar vase.
