Awh- his crouching pose is adorable, it makes him seem so mischievous, like he's espied a bird or something nearby. I remember playing with a neighbour's cat by tying up knots on pieces of wool and dangling them in front of him- he used to have this pose all the time!

Right Thomas, doesn't the cat seem to be stretching or else thinking about jumping lol! I love cats too, very sorry about your pet Holly, they become like family members - I used to caretake for a group of kitties yrs ago, they are so lovable. Appreciate the kind words

Lauren, I am seeing the same thing as you, it is crouching getting ready to jump, probably at a bird! The outdoor cats we used to mind for our landlord lived on the back porch, they were semi-tame, and one tuxedo (black & white) was my favorite, he would often present me with a "gift" in mouth of a colorful bird or field mouse, they love the hunt right! Your neighbor's cat sounds so playful, thank you for the lovely comments

Thanks so much BHIFOS for your super compliment about this Fenton glass cat, on seeing it again I remember having it sitting on the bed and sunlight streaming thru the windows & bringing out the rainbow of colors - sometimes natural lighting is the best enhancement for pix of my little pals :)
