Wooden African Mask Estate Sale Find Unknown Markings???

This is from the Estate home of a World Traveler which had a lot of Antiques. I do not know how old this mask is or were it even originated. Any help with I.D. of the Pattern on the mask, or information on the kind of mass would be greatly Appreciated. Measures 9-3/4 inches. Thanks in Advance !
