The gilt brass half buckle is an interesting layered 3 panel filigree design, with a scalloped edge, marked GERMANY, pre 1945? The faux pearl brooch designed like a grape bunch is marked (C) for copyright and LISNER, the C in a circle is a symbol that was not in use till 1961 in USA,
