I recently purchased this vase. It's very heavy, with ground sides, top and bottom. It's black, doesn't look to me to be black amethyst, just black. Has a textured finish on both sides and the bottom. It is not marked anywhere. Any ideas as to the maker, age? It's a gorgeous piece and I would love to know more about it.
    Thank you

      Hyalith glass?
    4. cubman7, 6 years ago
I believe it may be Hyalite, perhaps Bohemian/Czech. However, I can't seem to find anything like it. Thank you for your comment.
