This 2 1-4"W sterling silver cherub design Aquarius brooch is from the 1950s zodiac series by Italian designer Guglielmo Cini. With a 4" sea green molded glass paperweight showing Aquarius the water bearer, with vintage design & label by Blenko Glass

At first in the thumbnail I thought that was two people embracing!....These pieces are lovely, the colours of the glass paperweight are like some sort of Mediterranean pool and the cherub looks like he belong's in the middle of a fountain!
Thanks Lauren for the fantastic comment, you certainly have a keen eye, I looked again and I too can see an embracing pair from a distance! And that's a beautiful image of that cherub belonging in a fountain, wouldn't that look lovely - who knows, perhaps there WAS one and it was Cini's design inspiration. Great observs you're the best
