This is a Welz spatter glass vase. The shape is known and has been found in several Welz décors. The spatter is less well known but has been found on this shape previously. The spatter is red and yellow on a a vivid orange ground. On top of that is a blue spatter. This blue spatter (with a grey outline) is found on top of other spatters on Welz shapes. It is cased in clear inside and out and then finished with an iridescent sheen. A lot going on for such a small vase!

Interesting how the camera angle on these really distorts the shape. I'm not doubting they are all Welz (have followed the supportable research on these) - just wish I could line them all up in front of me!
I can only say that it was a nightmare to photograph. The shape widens out rapidly and the convex curves below get hidden by the overhang. I guess this is a shape for which you need a proper photographer.
No, Your photos are lovely. I hope you didn't misunderstand. Perhaps I should have said I have never before seen this shape photographed upside down, so the extent of the curves in the bottom half had escaped my attention. As you said, they get hidden by the overhang. I really appreciated your photos to give me more perspective!
