This type of "peacock" knife handle (commonly found on folding knives as well as other small household implements) is a specialty of the city of Jezzine in Lebanon. "INOX" is European for inoxidable, i.e. stainless steel. I have never seen a folding version with any kind of marking but based on the fact that the other mark is a weak stamping, as opposed to the distinct inox mark, it was probably put on when the metal was cold, and I would suggest that it is an importer's or wholesaler's mark.
