This effort is meant to show glass pieces and decors produced by Anton Ruckl & Sons after 1920, which are attributed and accepted as their's.
Of course I have done a lot of study and work to expand this base of knowledge, but I don't expect a full fledged acceptance of what I may have shown and stated on my website since 2015. It is of interest as a Czech glass from a definitive time period, the interwar, with the huge number of innovative glass designs and trends.
This post relates to the shimmy pfau satin glass decors, starting with the Tango Sklo Exhibit in Novy Bor, at their glass museum. I have acquired several of these glass pieces and would like to share them with CW members.
Image 2 and 3 are some of my own pieces in this decor, image 4 is from the Passau Czech interwar glass cabinets in the museum, showing two vases one in the coral shimmy pfau glass decor and one in the double wheat and cobalt glass decor. Pieces that I have also collected.
