i was told that this clock is a seth thomas,how ever i see no idenification on ,please help

If it is a model manufactured and marketed by Seth Thomas you can almost be certain that you'll see their Trademark on the dial, movement or case label...possibly all three. The dial of your clock looks too "fresh" to be original so it will be of very little help. It looks like there is an "S" on it but I can't quite make it out. That may be "Sessions", but again, since it is not original it could be anything. Are there any stamps or markings what-so-ever on the movement plates? Can you include more photos with stronger lighting?
