Pictured is a Canadian version of the “Century of Sewing Service 1851-1951” badged 221-1 Singer Featherweight. Although cast in Scotland (see serial number) it was assembled in Canada, sports the American/ Canadian lamp assebly and a St. John’s, Quebec motor. Note: it has the striated faceplate, non-graduated throat plate and yet it has the American/ Latin style lamp and lamp switch.
