Still yet another current maker of high quality 1:64 vehicles is M2 Machines. I think this may be my first model from them although I could be mistaken.
This one is a 1949 Mercury Coupe. It comes with a plastic base which is screwed into the underside of the model, it can be removed from the base. The base is designed to hold open the passenger side door, there is a small peg there. There is also a plastic piece that holds open the hood but that doesn't leave a clear view of the motor so I used Mr Toothpick.
Still have one more installment of the farm playset and much more so once again stay tuned!
PS all of these are a limited edition numbered thing it seems. I don't really think that matters as far as collectability goes.
Superb classic coupe, very nice fort
Nicely detailed. You always find some quality items to share. The '49 was a major design change for how cars would look from then on. The AMT 3-1 model was one of my faves. These cars look wicked chopped and channeled. Stallone drove a cool '50 Ford in the Cobra movie.
Thank you very for your support Newfld.
Thank you very much Toyrebel. The AMT 3 in 1 models were great. They do just ask to be chopped and channeled.
