I don't usually buy things like this, but I spotted them in a charity shop for £1 each! They are pottery Teddy Bears and I think the style is called Decoupage, but I can't find out much about them. They are around 5.5" (18cms) tall and not brilliantly made - some lumps and bumps in the clay, and they have felt stuck on the base. I thought they would be the sort of things you buy in cheapo shops, but actually I can't find anything like them. The nearest I got were bears from Global Studio Pottery, though I can't find much info about them.
Really cute teddy pair, love the one with hands over eyes
These are so pretty and well done I thought they were those fabric beanie babies in the thumbnail- and designs from Cornwall tend to be very striking, like Troika for example,
I've marked this as solved, as I saw a pink bear like these in a charity shop, and it had it's box that had Global Studios written all over it.
