US Glass / Tiffin #8130 Oval Bulb Box Stippled Panels
I had no idea this was for forcing bulbs when I found it, was id'd by TallCakes on Antiquers.com. Made in 3 sizes, this is the smaller version. Shown in 'US Glass Company Decorated Satin Glass and Lamps of the 1920s' book by The Tiffin Glass Collectors Club, page 105.
