This looks amazing in person. From my research, these were made in the 1960s and 70s in Toledo Spain as a nod to their famous actual sword-making. The swords are the size of toothpicks, as their function is to hold olives and other garnishes in cocktails, so you can guess the size of the contraption that holds them. Despite their lavish look, they're fairly common to get online and aren't extremely valuable. So, for a small price you can go online and have one of these for your next cocktail party.

    Enjoy.

What a beautiful set esp the decorative ornate base. Just a thought, were the real swords from Toledo used in bullfights
