This chair was given to my mom while she was pregnant with me. The older man who gave it to her was in his late 80s and said his wife had rocked both their children in it...this was handed down to mom 52 years ago....I have rocked both my children in this chair and would love to pass it down to my daughter when the time comes. I would love any information and history anyone has about this rocking chair
unfortunately rockers are mainly out of style, now in time and there are many auctions selling them for 20-50 each, This one does have some nice art nouveau design to the inlay on front of the backrest..
