I think that this is a museum replica. There is a piece of tape inside which has 'Huehueteotl - God of Fire' and some catalog numbers. I think it's really cool. Appears to be based loosely on a number of braziers which were discovered at Teotihuacan.

I have one up at ebay. It is slightly different with the headdress but remarkably similar. This listing helped me identify it as Huehueteotl. Am not soliciting by any means so i wont share the url. But if you give a search you will see a very similar item.
