Dorothy Bauer was a classically trained sculptor that started designing jewelry in 1982. The original company name was "Piece of the Rainbow" but that was changed in 1999 to "Dorothy Bauer Designs". Dorothy uses high quality materials, including high-quality rhinestones and milk glass. She has a bold state, creating many statement pieces with her pavé setting of colorful rhinestones
