    i think it is a letter opener, but it may be a dagger, it is 5 3/4 inches long, mother of pearl handle, steel blade with the letter M stamped on it and i think the cuff is silver. I can't find anything about it or who made it, so any help would be appreciated.

      yes it is, but they deleted it for some reason, do u know anything about the maker ?

      Looks like a letter opener and not a dagger.

      thank u but i couldn't find any info on that link, i looked on the cuff for makers mark, but there was none. the only mark is the letter M on the blade
