      I think this is an arts and craft project. If it were professionally made, all the lead pieces holding the glass would be perfectly straight and lines would intersect perfectly....lines look a bit out of position in this lamp shade.
      Stained glass projects like this were popular a few years ago and this design would have been an easy starter project.

      The lines aren't out of place. The lower section is carefully figured to layer inside the top shade. It's from the 1960s or late 1950s.

      Sorry, change that to the 70s.
