This 1 1-2 "fur" textured goldtone monkey brooch was designed after the lemur monkey, which in reality is very cute with orange (not red as in brooch) eyes. The pin also came in various enamel body colors and is by Trifari ca 1960s. Alongside a 4"H green "see no evil" glass monkey paperweight from 1978, item #7765 from Viking Glass w/ orig label

You're absolutely right Lauren, why DID they only make a "see no evil" monkey lol! It used to be all the rage showing monkeys in those poses, whereas it hides their cute monkey faces! Thanks as always for the wonderful compliment
