Does anyone know what this pot is used for - camping? Enamelware - trying to figure out its use - it’s a mystery to me

How big is it?? I've never seen anything like that either, leastways its 'lid'??

This pot is about 7 1/2 inches wide & 6 1/2 inches tall - it has marks on bottom that indicates it was used on stove or campfire??

I wondered that too - but it only has one handle on the side & maybe it’s missing a top lid? But the steamer side I would think would fit more in bottom of pot
