Like the copper/silver wire set shown recently, I don't now have any actual idea whatsoever where I got these. Also like the other pair, I *can* still see why I would have kept 'em from wherever I got 'em, they're just very pleasantly *pretty* aren't they??!! :-) :-) :-)
All their metalwork appears silver/silvertone, the opaque blue beads probably glass which has ever-so-slight 'graining' to it. I'm not guessing they are anything truly approaching "vintage" not to mention "antique" -- but I've probably had 'em myself for a decade or two, so they're at least that old??

Thomas, I wish I had a fun story about 'em to share but if there ever was one, that gear way in the back of my brain remains solidly stuck in place...? ;-) <lol>
[mebbe I should box 'em up and send/gift 'em to either my little sister or her (now teenage) daughter...both of which are sorta known for enjoying dramatic dangly earrings...??]
