I would love to find out more about this artist and this painting.. I believe it's an oil on canvas with the frame it measures 15 X 17. I have found some others from her, I have also found some with the signature K. Rose-Innes. That looks the same I believe. is it possible she's related to Alexander Rose Innes?. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably massproduced in the Far East.

I think this is an example of a factory painting.

Totally agree with the 2 above statement.
At the beginning of collecting Art every one go there, 70 to 80 % of painting you find at donation are mass produced for decorative purpose, most likely paint in less then hour.
But sometime with practice you should detected the good one, you have to practice your eyes, I did too when I begin 20 years ago, I bought many many mass production painting myself.
Just to gave you an ideal, look at this one, the painting as to look like a window that you add to the wall, keep in mind, proportions, perpective and shade are the keys.
Look the difference between those trees and your trees, day and night.
